REIKI LESSONS & CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
It is customary for all Reiki Teachers to instruct differently, as each one sees fit. Choosing the best teacher to match your values, goals and personality, is important. Margo & David offer small group Reiki attunement lessons in North Carolina, and other locations as requested. They teach First, Second, Master, and Teacher Degrees and offer CEUs for massage therapy licensure. Kids classes for ages 5-12 accompanied by a parent or adult, are also available by group request. Class sizes of 4 to 12 students preferred.
The following is what David and Margo offer their students:
First Degree (Reiki I)
No experience necessary and must be age 13 years or over. Must attend all class dates to certify. Questions and pre-registering welcome. Students receive:
- Your own color student manual with illustrations
- 6 hours of instruction
- Reiki I attunements
- Reiki history & philosophy instruction
- Practical applications
- In class practice time
- Instruction & support information
- Q & A time
- Legal certificate suitable for framing
- Couples, parent-child, and family pairs encouraged!
- CEUs for massage therapist licensing available (add $25)
- Donation for class payable in full at 1st class or at sign up, cash preferred.
Second Degree (Reiki II)
Second Degree Reiki Must be age 13 years or over & have Reiki I certification. Must attend all class dates to certify. Questions and pre-registering welcome. Students receive:
- Your own instructional handbook with illustrations
- Reiki II attunements
- Practical applications
- Drawing, names, and uses of the first 3 Usui Reiki symbols
- 2 meditations for chakra work
- Practice time with your new skills of extra power, mental/emotional healing, absentee healing and protection
- Instruction & support information
- Group Q & A time
- Legal certificate suitable for framing
- Couples, parent-child, and family pairs encouraged!
- CEUs for massage therapist licensing available (add $25)
- Donation for class payable in full at 1st class or at sign up, cash preferred
Third Degree (Reiki Master)
- We teach this class in small groups.
- Master students receive extensive instruction & guidance on the details, methods, spiritual aspects, lifestyle/personal effects on the student Master, and the Way of Reiki (in terms of a science and an art).
- Master students receive a Reiki Master power symbol, instruction for its use, attunement to advanced healing power, master-level meditation guidance, Japanese Reiki methods and more.
- Must attend all class dates to certify. Questions and pre-registering welcome.
Prerequisites: certification in Reiki I & II by any Teacher and at least age 18. Master instruction includes Reiki I & II review, your 3-ring binder master handbook, the 3 pillars of Reiki by Usui, gasho meditation instruction, meditation in Japanese & kenyoku releasing technique, advanced self-healing, Hayashi Healing Guide copy, master attunement, gain the first master symbol, the 5 antahkarana symbols copies and usage instruction, Reiki surgery, Reiki crystal grid construction & uses, practice time in class, group Q& A time, and more. There are 12 CEUs for massage therapist licensing available (add $50).
Fourth Degree (Reiki Master Teacher)
- We teach this in small groups.
- Students receive extensive instruction & guidance on the details, methods, spiritual aspects, lifestyle/personal effects on the student (in terms of a science and an art).
- Students receive instruction for 2 additional master symbols (for a total of 6 symbols), uses, 3 master-level meditations guidance, Japanese Reiki methods and more.
Master Teacher students also receive special attunements for advanced healing powers and gain the ability to attune others as well.
Prerequisites: Reiki I and II & Master certifications by any Teacher and at least age 18. Class includes 2 more master symbols, a Teacher manual, 3 additional textbooks, attunements, training and charts to learn and give FIVE types of attunements, 3 advanced master meditations, teaching advice & much one-on-one attunement practice time during class.
